- How can I order a back issue of Filipinas Magazine?
- A: Back issues are not part of a subscription order. However, when available, back issues can be purchased though the following address:
- Please include the exact cover date of the issue and/ or name on the cover and the number of copies you wish to order. Some issues may not be available. Back to Top

- A: Your account number is listed in your mailing label above your name. Look for the set of numbers beginning with your zip code. Back to Top
- Where can I find my subscription expiry date?
- A: Your subscription expiry date is located after your account number. Back to Top
- What should I do if I receive an invoice and I have already paid for my subscription?
- A: It is possible that your payment could cross in the mail with our invoice. Check the date on the invoice to see when it was mailed out. However, if you receive an invoice more than six weeks after you have paid, it may mean we have not received your payment. - What if my copy of Filipinas Magazine arrives late?
- A: We do our best to ensure timely delivery. You can expect to receive your issues during the first to early second week of each month. If you experience any delays, please let us know and we will look into the problem. Back to Top
- How do I change my address?
- A: The quickest and simplest way is to call the Customer Service line, 650-985-2530 or email us at mail@filipinasmag.com. Include your account number or old address, when submitting an address change. Back to Top
- If changed my address last month why are my magazines are still being sent to the old address?
